This app works exactly as it should using a reference card (my Sams Club card) as a guide. Love it.

With some of the bad reviews. You should read the description before downloading. Saves going through the hassle of getting this info through your eyecare provider.

Works great, doesnt crash and gives you a measurement right away.

I downloaded this app when it was offered free. I had recently been to the eye doctor for an exam and already had my PD measurement. I used an expired VISA gift card to take my photo three times and got a consistent measurement each time -- it was the exact same measurement as the one my eye doctor gave me. I gave this app five stars because it worked exactly as promised. For anyone who is concerned about this app capturing your credit card number, use an expired gift card or any loyalty card with a magnetic strip on it as long as it is the same size as a regular credit card.

Why do you need to use the back of the card? Because it contains the full account number, name and the security code. Thats all they need to steal your info. Great app for collecting legit credit cards. Ill write a similar one too!

I had my PD / Interocular distance measured and it is different than the app states. When you are moving the small arrows to do the alignment they dont move the first fee times you touch the screen. In fact once you do move the arrows and lift you finger the arrows move again giving you a false PD measurement. This is unacceptable when your about to spend hundreds of dollars on lenses and frames. I doubted a 99 cent app would be as good as the equipment that optometrists use in there offices. I give it one star because that was the lowest rating.

I literally went to the eye doctor yesterday for an eye exam and got my prescription for them. The PD measurement I received from this app was only .1 off of what I received from the doctor. That is a negligible amount and honestly the discrepancy could have come from anywhere. So the app worked for me as promised. HOWEVER (and this a HUGE "however"), be extremely careful with what type of card you use for the picture. DO NOT USE A CREDIT CARD!!! That is a pretty simple way to get your identity stolen. I used an old hotel room key I still had in my wallet and received the results I mentioned above. Do not get yourself into trouble with this app. All in all, worth the 99¢.

SCAM. THEY WANT YOUR CREDIT CARD INFORMATION.

Worked great the first time. No concerns from me regarding using a credit card in the pic. Only the back is used and its only to provide scale—None of the identifying numbers show in the pic.

I highly recommend it. You can cover the back of the card if you are paranoid.

This app measures the link between your pupils. Great for getting glasses and not requiring a visit to the doctor

I hate going to a fancy glasses store to get a new pair of lenses but Im also afraid of getting a pair online. This app is a game changer! Now I can order with peace of mind!

Tried this 5 times and got 5 different measurements, depending on how far away I hold the phone when taking the picture. Instructions are not clear.

Easy to use and a very big help!

Ive used this app recently while purchasing glasses and it helped me pretty well. The PD this app showed was pretty accurate. Ive asked my friends to try this as well and while most of them seem to have been satisfied with this app, few of them reported highly inaccurate PD even though they followed tutorials correctly. I hope the future updates will fix that problem for them

Selection of glasses is simplified to elemental! Just a few clicks you can completely solve all the previously complex tasks! Respect for developers!

I love technology making things easier. This app did a pretty good job of accurately measuring my pupil distance.
